Targets
The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner is a rinse-free exfoliating toner made for dullness, rough texture, and congestion. Seven percent glycolic acid clears dead surface cells so skin looks brighter and everything applied after it absorbs better.
Aloe, ginseng, and Tasmanian pepperberry soften the acid so it stays usable several nights a week.
Made for this climate
Good fit for Bangladesh weather because humidity causes faster buildup, but 2 to 3 nights a week is the ceiling.
Product breakdown
Application
Routine placement
Night, 2 to 3 times a week: Cleanser → The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toner → Serum → Moisturizer
Other nights: Cleanser → Toner → Serum → Moisturizer
On glycolic nights, skip retinol and azelaic acid. Alternate them across the week instead.
Realistic expectations
Glycolic acid makes skin more sun-sensitive. If you are not wearing sunscreen daily, this will cause more pigmentation than it clears.

Authenticity
Sourced through verified importers, never grey-market resellers.
Genuine The Ordinary bottles carry a batch code and expiry matching the carton, with a plain white label and sharp print. The toner is a pale amber, watery liquid — a cloudy or strongly coloured product is not genuine.

Questions, answered
No. Leave it on and follow with your serum and moisturizer.
Start at 2 to 3 nights a week. Only go nightly if your skin clearly handles it, and most skin does not.
The 240ml works out considerably cheaper per use. The 100ml is worth it only if you are trying glycolic acid for the first time.
