Routisca currently delivers only within Bangladesh.

Delivery charges

The standard delivery charges are:

Dhaka City: ৳80
Dhaka Suburban: ৳110
Outside Dhaka: ৳140

Orders with a product subtotal of ৳2,499 or more qualify for standard free delivery unless a product page or promotion expressly states otherwise.

The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and excludes delivery charges.

Additional charges may apply only where clearly disclosed and accepted before dispatch, such as exceptional remote-area, oversized-parcel or redelivery requirements.

Delivery zones

Dhaka City means addresses located within the Dhaka Metropolitan Police jurisdiction.

Dhaka Suburban includes Savar, Ashulia, Dhamrai, Keraniganj, Gazipur, Tongi and Narayanganj.

All other serviceable Bangladesh destinations are treated as Outside Dhaka.

Where an address falls near a zone boundary or the courier classifies it differently, Routisca will confirm the applicable charge before dispatch.

Dispatch schedule

Routisca processes dispatches daily at approximately 2:00 PM.

An order placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM will normally be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and courier operation.

A Cash on Delivery order must be successfully confirmed before dispatch. An order placed after 2:00 PM, or an order that could not be confirmed before the dispatch cutoff, will normally be scheduled for the next dispatch day.

Public holidays, courier closures, emergencies or force-majeure events may alter the schedule.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Estimated delivery periods begin after the parcel has been dispatched:

Dhaka City: within one day.
Dhaka Suburban: one to two days.
Outside Dhaka: two to five days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Some remote locations may require additional time.

Order confirmation

Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by telephone, SMS or WhatsApp.

Outgoing confirmation calls may come from 09644553630. Customers can contact Routisca through 01797902834.

Failure to respond or provide sufficient confirmation may cause the order to be held, delayed or cancelled.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide:

A complete and accurate address.
A reachable telephone number.
Correct area, district and delivery-zone information.
Reasonable assistance to the courier.
The correct payable amount where Cash on Delivery applies.

Routisca is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, an unreachable customer, an incorrect address or refusal to cooperate with the courier.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it may be sent through SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, email or the website.

Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may occasionally be delayed.

Inspection during delivery

Customers should inspect the external courier packaging for visible damage, tampering or leakage before accepting the parcel.

Do not open or use the product before recording the required unboxing video.

Where the outer parcel appears severely damaged or tampered with, contact Routisca immediately for instructions.

Refused or failed deliveries

If a correctly supplied and dispatched order is refused, cancelled after dispatch or returned because the customer was repeatedly unavailable, applicable logistics and handling charges may apply under the Cancellation and Cash on Delivery Policy.

Delivery and return charges are not refundable where the failure was caused by the customer.

No refusal or return charge will apply where the parcel was wrong, materially damaged, leaking, expired or affected by a confirmed Routisca error.

Delays and force majeure

Routisca will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed deliveries but cannot guarantee delays caused by extreme weather, flooding, strikes, road closures, political disruption, courier failure, government restrictions, natural disasters or other events beyond reasonable control.
