10% is a strong concentration. If your skin flushes or stings, start every other day. Some people do better on a lower percentage — that is a formulation mismatch, not a failure.

Can I use it with vitamin C?

Separate them by time of day. Vitamin C in the morning, this at night, avoids any interaction and any irritation.

It stings. Is that normal?

Mild tingling on the first few uses can happen. Persistent stinging or flushing means 10% is too strong for you — stop and switch to a lower-strength option.

Will it shrink my pores?

Pore size is largely genetic. What niacinamide does is reduce oil and congestion, which makes pores look considerably smaller.
