Welcome to Routisca. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of routisca.com, our social-media channels, customer-support services and the purchase of products from Routisca.

Routisca is a sole proprietorship owned in Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy, Cancellation and Cash on Delivery Policy, and Authenticity Guarantee.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A person under 18 may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information submitted by you is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction.

Products and skincare information

Routisca sells skincare, cosmetics and related personal-care products sourced through reputable suppliers, authorized distributors and verified importers.

Product information, ingredient descriptions, usage guidance and routine recommendations are provided for general informational purposes. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional.

Skin responses differ from person to person. Customers should review ingredient lists, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and perform a patch test before using a new product. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if significant irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

A product will not qualify for return solely because it was unsuitable for a customer’s skin, unless the product was defective, damaged, expired, incorrectly supplied or materially misrepresented.

Product appearance and packaging

Manufacturers may occasionally change product packaging, labels, artwork, bottle shapes or ingredient information without prior notice. Minor packaging differences do not automatically mean that a product is non-authentic.

Routisca will make reasonable efforts to keep product photographs and descriptions accurate. Screen settings, lighting and photography may cause slight visual differences.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka and apply at the time the order is submitted.

Routisca may update prices, offers or product information at any time. A price change will not normally affect an already confirmed order, except where there has been an obvious technical, typographical or pricing error.

If a pricing or stock error affects an order, Routisca will contact the customer before dispatch. The customer may accept the corrected order or cancel it without charge.

Availability and stock

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it.

An order remains subject to stock availability until confirmed by Routisca. We may cancel or adjust an order where an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed or cannot be supplied.

Order verification and acceptance

An automated order notification does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted or confirmed.

Cash on Delivery orders may require verification by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or another available method. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

Routisca may reject, place on hold or request an advance payment for an order because of suspected fraud, incomplete information, repeated parcel refusal, an adverse delivery record, unusually high order value, remote delivery risk or other reasonable operational concerns.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is currently available for eligible orders.

Online payment methods may be offered when they are enabled and visible at checkout. Customers should rely on the payment methods actually shown during checkout rather than promotional or outdated website content.

Routisca will never request a card PIN, OTP, mobile-banking PIN or account password.

Shipping

Routisca delivers only within Bangladesh.

Applicable delivery charges, areas, dispatch rules and estimated delivery periods are stated in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not absolute guarantees. Courier disruption, weather, public holidays, road conditions, political events, force majeure or incorrect customer information may cause delays.

Cancellation, refusal and failed delivery

A customer may cancel an order without a cancellation charge before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a change-of-mind return or parcel refusal. Applicable logistics and handling charges may apply under the Cancellation and Cash on Delivery Policy.

Customers must provide a reachable telephone number, complete delivery address and reasonable cooperation during delivery.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Return, refund and exchange requests are governed by the Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

Eligible problems must be reported within three calendar days of recorded delivery. A complete, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving a wrong, damaged, leaking, broken, expired or authenticity-disputed product.

Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any right that a customer has under applicable Bangladesh law.

Authenticity

Routisca sources products from reputable suppliers, authorized distributors and verified importers and carries out packaging and authenticity-related checks.

The process and remedy for an authenticity complaint are stated in the Authenticity Guarantee.

Promotions

Promotional prices, vouchers, free delivery and discounts may have separate eligibility requirements, time limits, stock limits or minimum-order values.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, separate promotional offers cannot be combined.

Routisca may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, technical error or incorrect publication.

Reviews and customer content

Customers may submit genuine reviews, photographs or feedback based on their actual experience.

Routisca may moderate content that is unlawful, abusive, unrelated, fraudulent, misleading, contains private information or infringes another person’s rights. Routisca will not knowingly fabricate customer reviews.

Intellectual property

The Routisca name, logo, website design, written content, photographs, graphics and original creative materials belong to Routisca or their respective licensors.

They may not be copied, republished, commercially exploited or represented as another business’s content without written permission.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the website to commit fraud, submit false information, interfere with website security, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, place orders with no genuine intention of receiving them or misuse customer-support personnel.

Third-party services

Routisca uses third parties such as Shopify, courier providers, communication platforms, analytics providers and payment providers.

Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Routisca is not responsible for interruptions entirely outside its reasonable control, but will assist customers where a problem directly concerns a Routisca order.

Limitation of responsibility

Routisca does not exclude responsibility where exclusion would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Routisca will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, misuse of a product, failure to follow manufacturer instructions or delays caused solely by events outside its reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

Routisca may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory or service changes. The updated version will be published with a revised date.

The terms applying to an order will normally be those in effect when the order was placed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes should first be submitted to Routisca for resolution. Customers retain the right to seek remedies from the appropriate consumer-protection authority or court.
