Welcome to Routisca. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, Skin Quiz, customer-support channels and any order placed with us.
In these Terms, “Routisca,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Routisca. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to any person using our website or purchasing from us.
By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction to place an order.
Customers under 18 should use the website and purchase products only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Routisca is complete, accurate and current.
3. Website use
You may use the Routisca website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial shopping purposes unless we provide written permission otherwise.
You must not:
- Use false information or impersonate another person.
- Place fake, fraudulent or intentionally undeliverable orders.
- Attempt to interfere with the website, checkout, security or payment systems.
- Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission.
- Abuse discounts, referral offers, customer accounts or promotional campaigns.
- Submit harmful software, malicious code or unauthorized automated requests.
- Use Routisca for any unlawful or deceptive purpose.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or a security risk.
4. Accounts
You may check out as a guest or create a customer account where available.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend, restrict or close accounts connected with fraudulent activity, repeated COD refusal, abusive behaviour, coupon misuse or violation of these Terms.
5. Product information
We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, sizes, ingredients, usage instructions, country of origin, images, prices and availability information.
However:
- Manufacturers may update ingredients, packaging, labels or product appearance without prior notice.
- Colours and appearance may vary because of lighting, screens and photography.
- International or region-specific packaging may differ.
- Product images are representative and may not always show the newest packaging version.
Customers must check the physical product label, ingredient list, usage directions, warnings and expiry information before use. The information printed on the product or its official packaging takes priority over website content where there is a difference.
Please contact us before ordering when a specific ingredient, formulation, packaging version or country of origin is essential to your decision.
6. Product availability
Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before checkout or during order processing.
Where an ordered product is unavailable, we may:
- Contact you for an alternative;
- Remove the unavailable item with your approval;
- Wait for restocking with your approval; or
- Cancel and refund the affected item or order.
We will not send a materially different substitute without your consent.
7. Prices
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise stated.
The final amount payable will be shown during checkout and may include:
- Product price;
- Delivery charge;
- Applicable discount;
- Applicable taxes or legally required charges; and
- Any additional charge clearly disclosed before order confirmation.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect an order already accepted by Routisca.
8. Pricing and website errors
Although we try to maintain accurate information, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price, discount, description or stock status because of human or technical error.
Where an obvious error occurs, we may contact you to:
- Confirm the order at the correct price;
- Offer an alternative; or
- Cancel and refund the affected order.
We will not charge a higher amount without your approval.
9. Orders and order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase from Routisca. Receiving an automated order-confirmation message does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is accepted when Routisca verifies and begins processing it or dispatches it.
We may contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp to verify:
- Customer identity;
- Delivery address;
- Product selection;
- Payment status; or
- COD order intent.
Failure to respond to reasonable verification attempts may delay or cancel the order.
10. Right to cancel or refuse an order
Routisca may cancel or refuse an order for a reasonable cause, including:
- Product unavailability;
- Incorrect pricing or website error;
- Invalid or incomplete contact information;
- An address outside our service area;
- Failed payment;
- Suspected fraud or fake ordering;
- Repeated COD refusal;
- Promotional abuse;
- Unusually high-risk transactions;
- Legal or regulatory restrictions; or
- Courier unavailability.
Where payment has already been collected, an eligible refund will be processed according to our Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy.
11. Payments
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Depending on availability, Routisca may accept:
- Cash on delivery;
- Mobile financial services;
- Card payments;
- Bank payment; or
- Other approved payment methods.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Routisca does not normally receive or store complete card credentials.
A payment is considered complete only after successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
12. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is offered as a convenience and may not be available for every order, customer, product or location.
We may request full or partial advance payment for:
- High-value orders;
- Bulk quantities;
- Customized arrangements;
- Locations with a high return rate;
- Customers with previous refused deliveries; or
- Orders identified as high-risk.
Customers who repeatedly place and refuse confirmed COD orders may be restricted to prepaid ordering.
13. Delivery
Delivery charges, estimated timelines and other conditions are explained in our Delivery Details page.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, strikes, traffic, courier disruption, remote locations, incorrect addresses, unanswered calls or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage remains subject to applicable law and our contract with the customer.
14. Cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds
Cancellation, return, exchange and refund requests are governed by our Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
15. Skincare suitability
Skincare results differ between individuals.
A product that works for one customer may not work for another because of skin type, allergies, sensitivity, medical conditions, environment, routine, medication or other factors.
Unless a product is defective, incorrect, expired or otherwise non-compliant, individual dislike, fragrance preference, texture preference, sensitivity or lack of expected results does not automatically make a product eligible for return.
Customers should patch-test new products before full use.
16. Skin Quiz and recommendations
The Routisca Skin Quiz and all routine or product recommendations are provided for general cosmetic and educational purposes.
They do not constitute:
- Medical advice;
- Medical diagnosis;
- Dermatological treatment;
- A prescription; or
- A guarantee of results.
Recommendations depend on the information supplied by the customer. Incorrect, incomplete or outdated answers may produce unsuitable recommendations.
Please consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding severe, persistent or medically diagnosed skin conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies, prescription treatment or medication interactions.
17. Authenticity
Routisca aims to source and supply authentic products through supply channels that we assess and verify.
Packaging differences, regional labels, manufacturer updates and batch-code behaviour on unofficial websites do not necessarily indicate that a product is counterfeit.
Authenticity concerns will be handled under our Routisca Authenticity Promise.
18. Reviews and customer content
You may submit product reviews, photographs, feedback or other content where the website allows it.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- It reflects your genuine experience;
- You have the right to submit it;
- It is not unlawful, defamatory or misleading;
- It does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property; and
- It does not contain malicious links or promotional spam.
You grant Routisca a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use submitted content for website, customer-service and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may remove content that violates these rules, but we will not suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are negative.
19. Intellectual property
The Routisca name, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, written content, product-curation systems, Skin Quiz structure, Routisca Method and other original materials belong to Routisca or their respective licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use them without written permission.
Third-party product names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners.
20. Third-party services and links
Our website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, courier providers, analytics platforms and social-media services.
Routisca is not responsible for independent third-party websites, their content or their privacy practices.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms.
21. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routisca will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from:
- Improper product use;
- Failure to follow instructions or warnings;
- Undisclosed allergies or medical conditions;
- Individual product incompatibility;
- Unauthorized account use caused by customer negligence;
- Events outside our reasonable control; or
- Third-party service interruption.
This section does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for supplying an incorrect, defective, expired or falsely described product.
22. Force majeure
Routisca will not be considered in breach where performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, severe weather, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, transport disruption, government action, internet failure or widespread courier interruption.
We will communicate material delays and offer lawful remedies where an order cannot be completed.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated date. Changes will apply from publication unless otherwise stated.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through Routisca’s complaint-resolution process. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the appropriate authority or court in Bangladesh.
